“UPCYCLING”

The video loop depicts a person on the bicycle carrying 15kg of old clothes up a steep hill. This equates to the estimated amount of textile waste generated per person in Europe per year. It represents a paragon to  Sisyphus from Greek mythology: A burden of never-ending effort, to upcycle garments that shouldn't exist in the first place.
